Returns: Due to the nature of subscription boxes, they can not be returned or refunded. You may cancel your subscription at anytime if you are dissatisfied. If you have a problem with your order, please email us at afibercollective@gmail.com or use our contact page

How long will it take for me to receive my package? All subscription boxes typically ship around the 1st of the month, given it's not a weekend or a holiday. Most packages will ship first class and may take 5-7 business days to arrive dependent on your location. International packages can vary between 4-6 weeks depending on customs clearance for your country.

*Mail delays happen. Once packages have been shipped out, they are your responsibility. While I will do my best to answer questions and look into lost/delayed packages, your best bet is to contact USPS.com or check with your local post office and use the tracking number associated with your order. If a package goes completely MIA, ALL claims must be filed by the purchaser.

Lost or Stolen Packages - Unfortunately I only see the same tracking information that is given to you, and once it's shipped out, it's truly 100% out of my hands. I recommend:

Double checking the shipping address you used on your order. Checking with house members and neighbors. Ask your local carrier and/or check with your local mailing branch. USPS can give you GPS coordinates of where it was delivered. As long as your carrier was doing their job, the information should be accurate and will tell you where it was delivered. If that is not successful, you can file a lost mail claim with USPS who can further investigate what happened to your parcel. Please note I will not replace stolen packages. Unfortunately porch piracy is a true growing crime, it is your job as a buyer to provide a safe place to receive your mail, be it a PO Box, or getting mail sent your work address. Failing all of the above, please feel free to reach out, but know my options are limited once parcels are dropped off or picked up. Usually the best thing is to wait a week or so to see if it surfaces, which in most cases, it will! 

** International orders - Buyers are responsible for any additional fees that may be acquired during pickup. ALL customs duties/import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. IF you decide to refuse the package, you will only be refunded for the price of the items. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
